This policy explains how UT AI Agent ("we", "us") handles information related to its text messaging and phone call service at +1 618-689-0720.
Information we collect
- Your mobile phone number and the name you are known by, provided when you agree to receive messages.
- The content of text messages you send to us and that we send to you, and basic call and message records (date, time, and delivery status).
- Your opt-in and opt-out status, including when you replied START or STOP.
How we use it
We use this information only to send you the messages and calls you agreed to receive, to respond to your requests, to honor opt-out requests, and to keep the service working reliably. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
Messages and calls are delivered through our telecommunications provider (Telnyx) and wireless carriers. They process your phone number and message content only as needed to deliver messages, and not for their own marketing. We do not sell your information.
Retention
We keep message records only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal or carrier requirements. When you opt out, we stop sending messages and keep a record of your opt-out so we do not contact you again.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Email us to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
